The Kwikset 598 Deadbolt is a medium security, Grade 2, single cylinder, Gatelatch deadbolt. This deadbolt is designed to be used on applications that require the bolt to operate like a deadlatch (when gate is pushed closed, latch will automatically retract and engage the strike, locking the gate with no further action required).

this is exactly what i wanted. after spending $250 on a schlage that locksmith had recommended then monkeyed up to work. this lock had heavy duty bolts lock side larger then other dead bolts but fits same same. great product
